Building Wealth Seminar

I created this because I got tired of watching people work nonstop and still feel stuck. Most of us were never shown how to actually set up our money. So this seminar is simple: we sit down together and open the right accounts, step by step, and turn on the automations so your money finally moves.

What we’ll do together (hand-holding, start to finish):

• High-Yield Savings Account (HYSA): open it, connect your bank, set up your emergency fund buckets, turn on auto-transfers.

• Individual Brokerage: open the account, verify identity, link funding, and place your first ETF order (no hype, low-cost, broad market).

• Roth IRA (if eligible): open it, set your monthly contribution, and pick a simple ETF allocation.

• 401(k) (if you have one): log into your employer portal, enroll or increase your contribution, choose a sane default (target date or broad index), and set beneficiaries.

• HSA (if you have a high-deductible plan): open/enroll, set contributions, and select an index fund if your HSA lets you invest.

• Automation: set the recurring transfers so this runs while you live your life.

• Cleanup: turn off junk fees, fix account nicknames, and organize everything so it’s easy to track.

What this is not: stock tips, day-trading, or magic. No guessing games—just hands-on setup and a simple plan you understand.

You’ll leave with accounts opened, funding connected, an ETF in place, and auto-transfers running. No jargon. No fluff. Just real execution.
